·Yearly Salary: 370 man – 400 man ·Monthly Salary: 275,000 – 300,000 yen ·Overtime: 2 man/15 hours (~1,300 yen/hour). If Overtime exceeds 15 hour, the company pays 1,400 yen/hour ·Salary increase: 1 once/year ·Bonus: twice/year ·The candidate is required to take the exam to get certification; the related expenses will be covered by the company. After passing the certificate, there will be bonus for staff. For example, passing level 1 certificate, bonus is 80,000 yen. |
