2 Requirements Graduated in architecture and construction, with more than 3 years of experience in construction management.

Enthusiastic and willing to do new things. Company has many big projects, so we expect to recruit people having experience in managing large construction site and wanting to participate in big projects.

·Japanese JLPT N3

·English is not required

4 Descriptions Manage architectural construction projects. New staff are trained by experienced staff. After a certain time of working in the company, you have to acquire a management certificate (施工管理士) All expenses are paid by the company.

7 Benefits ·No probation

·Yearly Salary: 370 man – 400 man

·Monthly Salary: 275,000 – 300,000 yen

·Overtime: 2 man/15 hours (~1,300 yen/hour). If Overtime exceeds 15 hour, the company pays 1,400 yen/hour

·Salary increase: 1 once/year

·Bonus: twice/year

·The candidate is required to take the exam to get certification; the related expenses will be covered by the company. After passing the certificate, there will be bonus for staff. For example, passing level 1 certificate, bonus is 80,000 yen.

8 Working hour 8h – 17h. Days off: Saturdays and Sundays
9 Other Allowances Accommodation: support 80%
Staff will use company’s car so there is no travel expense
