Your main job is to assist in bathing, care, defecation or home care for people with intellectual and physical impairment. 

Probation Within 6 months after joining 
Starting salary

Monthly salary: 186.820 yen
First year income: 2.300.000 yen

Working hour

・The shift will vary from month to month, averaging 40 hours/month, 2 hours of working overtime/months
・Early shift 7:00 ~ 15:00 (60 minutes break time)
・Day shift 11:00 ~ 19:00
・Late shift 12:00 ~ 20:00 10:30 ~ 19:00 (60 minutes break time)
・Night shift 17:30 ~ 9:30 (120 minutes break time)

Pay rise Yes, depending on business activities
Bonus Twice a year
Holidays ・8-9 days off/ month (107 days/year) if the working hours are 8 hours/day

・ 7-8 days off/month (88 days/year) if the working hours are 7 hours/day

・ Other days off as required by law for official employees

Requirements Requirement Japanese: equivalent to N3

Specified skilled worker test: Nursing care certificate

・ Professional allowance: 10,000 yen/month

・ Night shift allowance: 5,500 yen/time

・ Travel allowance: up to 20,000 yen/month

・ Housing allowance: 5,000 yen/month

・ Treatment improvement allowance: 20,000 yen/month
